Anton in Eastbourne is a radio play by Peter Tinniswood. It was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on 20 November 2002, as an installment of the Afternoon Play[1]. The play was specifically written for Paul Scofield to celebrate his love of Chekov, and was the last radio play Tinniswood completed before his death. The duration is 45 minutes.

Mr Anton arrives for a sojourn expecting to meet a young lady with a little dog. He knows her stories well, but he does he know his own?
