Bert Coules is a British radio dramatist, most famous for being the head writer for the BBC complete Sherlock Holmes series, for which he dramatized all four novels and roughly half of the short stories. He also wrote the follow-up series The Further Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

Coules is known for his association with mystery, science fiction, and fantasy genres, and has written radio adaptations as well.
