Ebola Attack is a radio play by John Fletcher. It was first broadcast on the BBC World Service on 09 October 2004[1].

The true story of an Ugandan Ebola outbreak and the heroic individuals (led by doctor Matthew Lukwiya) who prevented it from reaching the wider world.

Critical ReceptionEdit

Mature heroism came in the form of Dr Matthew Lukiwye, who put his life on the line to spearhead the fight against an outbreak of the world’s most virulent disease. This true story was told in John Fletcher’s drama Ebola Attack, a million times better than most of TV’s reconstructions of disasters.
