Fragments in a Vulgar Tongue is a radio play by David Zane Mairowitz. It was first broadcast on BBC Radio on 26 March 1992[1].
60 minutes.
The play was recorded on location in Avignon, with only the producer Richard Wortley, actor Struan Rodger, a sound recordist, and two "found" actors. Mairowitz and the crew worked on the spot to shape and develop the story. "A flawed but imaginative experiment," recalls Wortley[2].
