Adapted from a short story by Ruth Rendell, this play tells the story of Arthur, his wife Gwen and the man convicted of murdering her, Reeve. Arthur and Gwen have a quiet suburban life until Reeve arrives and befriends the couple. Initially he brings some much needed spark to their lives but eventually three becomes a crowd.
First broadcast on radio 4 in 2012 and 45 minutes long.
