The Biggest Sandcastle in the World is a radio play by Paul Thain. It was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on 23 December 1981, and won a Giles Cooper Award that same year[1]


Three unemployed labourers create a huge sandcastle to alleviate boredom and frustration.
